Who we are

Dot Vision Ltd, a company registered in Malta under company number C105164, with its registered office at Valletta Buildings, 2nd Floor, Suite 7, Triq Nofs in-Nhar, Valletta VLT 1103, Malta (VAT MT30162402), is the controller for personal data collected on dotvision.io. Contact: info@dotvision.io.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, optional company and your message, used only to reply to your enquiry (legal basis: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). The message is emailed to us through our email provider and is not stored on the website.
• Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots (legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse).
• Analytics, only with your consent: if you allow it, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, so we can see how people find the site. Without your consent, Google Analytics does not load.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Who receives the data

Our service providers only: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (spam protection), Resend (sending form messages to us) and Google (analytics, with consent). Some of them may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept for the shortest period Google Analytics allows us to set.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw your analytics consent at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Email info@dotvision.io. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
